Overview

External client users (HR/business users) and Employees including their delegates can submit requests to the mobility team. Each Request is categorized by a Request Type. External clients using their client portal can submit their new requests using standard widget or customized widgets. Employees can create and view their requests from the Mobile Employee Experience.

What are the benefits?

Once configured, the feature allows users to send information specified by the request type to the mobility team. Allowing requests to be submitted through Equus Platform helps to organize data in one place and allows for a request history to be maintained at both the company and assignment level.

Requests of different types can prompt for data defined in User Tables including documents and are most effective when combined with other features such as Quick Workflows in order to trigger the desired company processes.

Configuration steps before using the feature

For users of the Mobile Employee Experience

For external clients portal users

For internal users

To support the functionality there are two Equus system level checklist templates to notify different users for certain request status changes. Note, these checklist templates are inactive by default.

Functionality available once configured:

For external clients portal users

For internal users
