The Communications section in the View Request window is visible to users in the Mobile Employee Experience (MEE). This feature allows users to have communications between internal users and employees/delegates in the specific context of a request.
The Communication section will by default show the latest message. When multiple messages exists, click the [View all X messages] button to see the full communication history.
Users can create a note by typing text in the communications text box and clicking on the [+] button. The most recent communication appears at the bottom. Click
to return to the My Requests page.
For internal users, this is how it appears in the Equus Platform. The most recent communication, appears at the top.
