Click on the Requests menu item from the left hand side menu. Requests are visible on the My Requests page. If there are multiple requests of different statuses, requests will be organized by the tabs.
All: The first tab of the page shows all the requests. Note that this tab appears only if the employee has at least one requests under the "Open" and "Closed" categories.
Open: The second tab of the page shows requests in the following statuses:
Needs more information - requests that were returned from the internal user to the employee to take action or provide information update
Submitted - requests submitted by the employee that are still waiting for an action from an internal user
Not Submitted- requests created and saved by the employee but not yet submitted
In Progress - requests submitted by the employee that are marked as being in progress by an internal user
Closed: The third tab of the page shows closed requests that are Approved, Completed, Denied or Canceled by the internal user or by the employee.
Other: The fourth and last tab of the page contains all the requests that do NOT use the Status model ("Uses Status model" unchecked on the request type configuration).
