The Company Request History page shows all requests that have been created for assignments of the selected company. Please note, only assignments for which security access is given will display.
Navigate to the Request History page at the Company level.
The page shows the following fields:
Request Type - The classification of the request
Status - The status of the request which only appears for requests that uses the Status Model feature
First Name - The first name of the assignee
Last Name - The last name of the assignee
Assignment ID - The system ID for the assignment
Create By - The individual user that has generated the request
Create Date - The date on which the request was created
Last Update By - The individual user that last updated the request
Last Update Date - The date on which the request was last updated
Exception - A link icon will appear if an exception is raised for the request
The list can be filtered by clicking on:
Only Show Requests I Created - This will filter the list based on the Create By field. This setting does not persist. To help search through long lists of requests, the table can be sorted by any criteria in the grid. Additional information about each request can be viewed by clicking the pencil icon next to a request.
Show Assignment Level Requests - This will filter the list to show only Assignment Level Requests (those associated with an assignment ID).
Show Company Level Requests - This will filter the list to show only Company Level Requests (those without an assignment ID).
