How to cancel a submitted request

From the Request page, view the request by editing the request.  If the Status Model is used, the **Additional Actions** field will appear.  Click on the downward facing button to see the full list of

From the Request page, view the request by editing the request. If the Status Model is used, the **Additional Actions** field will appear.

Click on the downward facing button to see the full list of actions. Select <Cancel Request>.

Enter the cancellation reason in the text box and press [Save]. Press [Undo] to select another additional action from the drop down list.

Press [OK] to confirm the action.

The Status Transition History section will be updated with a status of "Canceled".
