How to change a submitted request to Complete status

From the Request History page, view the request by editing the request. If the Status Model is used, the **Additional Actions** field will appear. There may be times when a request does not require approval and using the Complete status is an appropriate status to indicate that the request is no longer outstanding.

Click on the downward facing button to see the full list of actions and select <Complete>. When the Complete status is used, it allows the user to have a similar action as a request status of Approved.

Press [Save].

Press [OK] to confirm the action.

The Status Transition History section will be updated with a status of "Completed".
