Request Types can be set to active or inactive at the company level, in addition to the system level, allowing for company-specific configuration.

The following fields are available on this page:

  • Name – This is a read-only field that gives the Name of the configured Request Type.

  • System Inactive – A Yes/No read-only field. When set to Yes, the Request Type is inactive at the system level. When set to No, the Request Type is active at the system level.

  • Company Inactive – This field allows for an override of the System Inactive When set to Yes, the Request type is inactive at the company level. When set to No, the Request Type is active at the company level. When set to **Please Select**, the System Inactive value will be used.
