How to change request status in submitted status

To change a request status submitted by an employee.  First find the request sent by the employee by going to the Request History page at the Assignment Level. View the request and select the downward

To change a request status submitted by an employee. First find the request sent by the employee by going to the Request History page at the Assignment Level. View the request and select the downward facing arrow of the Additional Actions field. Only Request Types with the Status model ("Use Status Model" flag activated on the Request Type configuration) will have the Additional Actions field displayed for submitted requests before saving.

Click on the arrow to view the list of actions.

Select from the list. Note that this list is not editable. Click after making the selection.
