How to add custom fields to request types

Custom fields (CFs) can be added to request types in the Equus Platform and in the Mobile Employee Experience by selecting from the Type of Data drop down list on the Custom Fields screen: Request -

Custom fields (CFs) can be added to request types in the Equus Platform and in the Mobile Employee Experience by selecting from the Type of Data drop down list on the Custom Fields screen:

  • Request - adds CFs to all request types

  • Request Assignment Extension - adds CFs only to Assignment Extension system request type

  • Request Employee Repatriation - adds CFs only to Employee Repatriation system request type

  • Request End of Employment - adds CFs only to End of Employment system request type

  • Request One-Time Payment - adds CFs only to One-Time Payment system request type

The custom fields will appear on the Request window as follows:

Custom fields from the Request Type of Data will appear beneath the Reason field which is the first field displayed on the Request window if it is set to display.

Custom fields from the Request Assignment Extension, Request Employee Repatriation, Request End of Employment or Request One-Time Payment Type of Data will appear after the last field in the Selected Field section on the Request Type screen.
