A standard widget called "Portal - New Request Widget" has been created as a shortcut to easily add requests directly from a dashboard. The widget can be configured to show on any portal dashboard. In this example, the widget is added to the HR Portal dashboard.
HR Portal is defined as the Dashboard Layout for the External Client Portal.
