Everything the PMS sends Bookboost about a stay lives under Reservations in the left menu. It holds four screens, and which one you want depends on whether you are looking for a booking, a property, a room, or a price.
The four screens
Reservations. Every booking, searchable by guest name, booking reference, or room number. This is where you start when a guest calls. See The Reservations table.
Properties. Every property connected to your account side by side, including when each one last received data. This is where you check whether a property has stopped syncing. See The Properties screen.
Spaces. Your rooms and other bookable spaces, with their type, state, room number, floor and building. See The Spaces section.
Rate Plans. The pricing models bookings are made on, with their codes and descriptions. See The Rate Plans section.
All four read from your PMS. Nothing here is created in Bookboost.
Which one you want
A guest is on the phone. Reservations, and search their name or booking reference.
Bookings for one property have stopped appearing. Properties, and check when it last received data.
You need to know what is in a room, or its state. Spaces.
You are checking what a rate plan includes before writing a campaign. Rate Plans.
You want everything about one booking on one screen. Open the reservation itself. See The reservation detail screen.
A booking's status is not the one you expected. See Reservation statuses.
What this does not do
Nothing here is editable. All four screens are read-only views of PMS data. Changes are made in your PMS and sync back.
You see the properties you have access to. If a property is missing, it is your property access rather than the screen.
What to do next
If you are new to this section, start with The Reservations table, which is the screen you will use most.
