When bookings for one property stop arriving, or its numbers look wrong, this is the screen that tells you whether data is still reaching Bookboost at all. It lists every property connected to your account side by side, and it is the only place that shows when each one last received anything.
Where to find it
Open Reservations in the left menu and select Properties. It sits alongside Reservations, Spaces and Rate plans as one of the four screens under Reservations.
What the list shows
There are eleven columns, and most accounts open with only four of them visible: Property, Spaces, Booking pace and On the books. The other seven are hidden rather than missing. Select the + at the right-hand end of the header row, which is the Show hidden columns control, and pick the ones you want.
Property: the property's name, which opens it.
Spaces: how many spaces the property has. Hover the number for a breakdown.
Booking pace: how bookings are trending, as a figure, a percentage change and a small chart. Trend 30d in the toolbar sets the window.
On the books: confirmed reservations currently on the books, with the same small chart.
Last ingested: when data last arrived for this property. The column this screen exists for.
Property UUID: the property's unique identifier, for support tickets and API work.
App: which Bookboost app the property belongs to.
Business domain: the kind of business it is, for example lodging.
Type: the property type, for example hotel.
Integrations: a View integrations link.
Timezone: the property's local timezone, which is the timezone every reservation timestamp is shown in.
Search, sort, filter and export are in the toolbar above the list.
Last ingested is the column to watch
It colours itself. A property that received data recently shows the time in ordinary text. One that has gone too long without shows it in red. A property that has never received anything reads Never, greyed out.
That colour is the whole diagnostic. You do not have to know what a healthy interval looks like for your account, because the screen decides that and marks the row for you. Sort by Last ingested and anything wrong rises to the top.
A greyed Never usually means a property that was created in Bookboost but never connected to a source, rather than one that has broken.
Hover the Spaces number for the inventory
Hovering the figure in the Spaces column opens a card headed Inventory, which is more useful than the number alone:
How many spaces are sellable, out of the total. A gap between the two is spaces that exist but cannot be sold.
Spaces by type, so you can see the mix without opening the property.
Spaces by state, the housekeeping picture, split between clean and dirty.
View integrations
The View integrations link in the Integrations column opens a list of everything connected to that property, grouped by what it does: the PMS the bookings come from, the mail provider, the messaging provider, and any web integration.
Read this before assuming a sync problem. If the PMS is not listed here, nothing is going to arrive, and that is a configuration question rather than a broken feed.
What opens when you select a property
Selecting the property name opens its own screen, with the number of reservations held for it at the top right and five tabs, each carrying a count.
Details holds the property's address, and who manages it where that comes from a connected system. Alongside it are the business domain, type, timezone, the app it belongs to, its property ID, and its code. Guest-facing address is separate from the property address, and where it is empty you can choose to use the property address instead. Below that sits the property's Brand kit, its colours and typefaces, with a link to open the brand kit itself.
Spaces lists that property's spaces with their room number, name, space type, housekeeping state, floor, and when each last changed. It also shows the current guest in each space, which the main Spaces screen does not, so this is the faster route when you need to know who is in a room.
Space types lists the property's room types with their code, name, description, and how many spaces each one has. A type with no spaces still appears, which is why this count can be higher than the number of types you see in the inventory breakdown.
Rate plans lists the property's rate plans with their code and name, whether each is active and public, the source it came from, and when it last changed.
Integrations is the full version of the View integrations popover, with each integration's type, name and status.
Checking whether a property is still syncing
Bring Last ingested into view if your account does not show it by default, using the + at the end of the header row.
Sort by it. Anything red or greyed comes to the top.
Check the integrations on that row. If the PMS is missing or not active, that is your answer.
Turn on Trend 30d and look at Booking pace and On the books for the same property. A feed that stopped a while ago shows as a line that flattens, which tells you roughly when.
If the integrations look right and data has still stopped, it is a sync problem rather than a configuration one. That is the point to contact support.
The App column and your audiences
The value in the App column is the same app you choose in the App selector when building an audience. If you are unsure which app to pick there, or why an audience offers different filters from another one, this column is where to check which app a property actually belongs to. See The App selector on an audience.
What this does not do
Nothing here is editable. Like the rest of the Reservations section, this is a read-only view.
It does not tell you why a feed stopped. It tells you that it stopped, when, and what is connected. The cause is a support question.
Last ingested is about data arriving, not about bookings existing. A quiet property with a healthy connection still shows a recent ingest.
Most of the columns are hidden until you ask for them, so a column you have been told about is very likely behind the + rather than missing.
What to do next
See Where reservation data comes from for how the sync works and why individual fields go missing, and The Reservations table for the bookings themselves.
Getting help
Open Help at the bottom of the left menu and choose Talk to us. Give us the property name and the date in its Last ingested column, and say what its integrations show, because those three together let us check that property's feed directly instead of asking you for them.
