We built our Help Center to help you find the answers to all your Quanticfy-related questions as fast and accurately as possible.
You can access it from the Quanticfy back-office by clicking on Help Center in the side menu, or by scrolling to the end of an article displayed in the chatbot and clicking on Open in the Help Center.
Once in the Help Center, you can either browse through our sections and articles or use the search to find what you are looking for.
Keep in mind that the search engine is not as interactive as our chatbot, but it will provide you with relevant articles matching your search keywords.
Our helpdesk is structured into the following sections:
The Get Started section will guide you through the steps to connect your data sources to Quanticfy, and also explain in detail how to set up your UTMs and Ad Ids for us to be able to attribute your sales with precision.
The Dashboard section describes all our dashboards in detail, how to read and interpret your data, and features some tips for your business as well.
The FAQ and Troubleshooting section describes the most common issues our customers have encountered and how to fix them. If you noticed some data discrepancies, or have unusual campaigns such as “otherpaidfacebook” or “otherpaidgoogle”, this is the place to start.
The Concepts section explains in more detail the fundamentals of Quanticfy, such as attribution models, geolift, and our sales measurement method.
Finally, our Glossary offers definitions for all important keywords in Quanticfy, from customer-centric, to channels or prices.
Our helpdesk is in English only for now, but we plan on translating its content to more languages in the future.
