OneLink Energy is designed to work for everyone, regardless of how you pay for your energy. When you open your voucher link, you'll be guided to the right option for your home setup - you don't need to know in advance which type of voucher you need.
Step 1 - Open your link and get started
If you received your voucher by email or text message, click the link and select Voucher details, then click Get started.
If you received your voucher by letter, go to huggg.me/claim, enter your 16-digit code, then select Voucher details and click Get started.
Step 2 - Choose how you pay for energy
You'll be asked to select one of three options:
I pay a bill
This covers anyone who pays an energy bill - including by direct debit, standing order, or ad hoc payments. You'll receive a digital prepaid Mastercard that can only be used with energy providers, either online or by phone. See: How do I use my prepaid card to pay my energy or water bill? for full instructions.
I top up a meter
You'll be given a further choice of how to top up:
PayPoint - top up at any of 28,000 PayPoint locations. Note: PayPoint vouchers are capped at £49
Post Office - top up at any of 11,500 Post Office branches
Add credits online - you'll receive a digital prepaid Mastercard to top up your meter online or by phone
Before choosing PayPoint or Post Office, check that your energy provider is supported - not all suppliers work with both options:
See: Which energy providers partner with PayPoint? for the full PayPoint list
See: Which energy providers partner with the Post Office? for the full Post Office list
If you top up your meter online, select Add credits online instead.
Once you have made your selection, your voucher is generated and cannot be changed, so please make sure you are happy with your choice before proceeding.
I have off-grid energy
This covers heating oil, LPG, coal, and other off-grid fuel sources. You'll receive a digital prepaid Mastercard that can be used to pay off-grid energy suppliers online or by phone.
