My usual payment method isn't listed - what do I do?

What to do if you can't see a PayPoint option or your usual payment method when redeeming your OneLink Energy voucher.

If you can't see the payment option you normally use, here are the most common reasons why.

PayPoint isn't showing as an option

PayPoint's systems can only issue energy vouchers up to £49, so if your OneLink voucher is for more than £49 the PayPoint option will not be available. This is a PayPoint system limitation and not something we are able to change.

In this case, please contact the organisation that issued your voucher. They will need to cancel the current voucher and re-issue it as multiple smaller amounts (under £49) so you can redeem them at a PayPoint location.

PayZone isn't showing as an option

PayZone outlets are not listed separately because PayZone is a subsidiary of the Post Office and covers the same energy providers. If you normally use a PayZone location, select the Post Office option.


Something else not listed?
