Yes, OneLink Energy covers off-grid energy sources. If you use heating oil, LPG, coal, or another off-grid fuel, your voucher can be used to pay your supplier.

When you open your OneLink Energy link and select <b>"I have off-grid energy"</b>, you'll receive a digital prepaid Mastercard. You can use this card to pay your off-grid energy supplier online or by phone.

Off-grid suppliers covered include providers of:

- Heating oil
- LPG (liquefied petroleum gas)
- Coal
- Other solid or liquid fuels

Payment must be made online or by phone. The card can't be used in person.
