Yes, OneLink Energy covers off-grid energy sources. If you use heating oil, LPG, coal, or another off-grid fuel, your voucher can be used to pay your supplier.
When you open your OneLink Energy link and select "I have off-grid energy", you'll receive a digital prepaid Mastercard. You can use this card to pay your off-grid energy supplier online or by phone.
Off-grid suppliers covered include providers of:
Heating oil
LPG (liquefied petroleum gas)
Coal
Other solid or liquid fuels
Payment must be made online or by phone. The card can't be used in person.
