OneLink Energy works with gas, electricity, and off-grid fuel suppliers across the UK. It's a voucher that lets you choose how to use it for energy: when you open your link, it asks how you pay and routes you to the right option.
What it covers
OneLink Energy works for customers who:
Top up a prepayment meter, online, at a PayPoint, or at a Post Office
Pay a bill, including by direct debit or standing order. The voucher makes a one-off payment online or by phone to settle a bill or add credit to your account
Use off-grid energy, including heating oil, LPG, and coal suppliers
For a full explanation of each option, see How do I redeem my OneLink Energy voucher?
If you want to use PayPoint
PayPoint energy top-ups are limited to £49. If your OneLink Energy voucher is £49 or less, PayPoint is one of the options you can choose. If it's for more than £49, PayPoint won't be shown, and you can choose the Post Office or your Energy Card instead.
If you need to use PayPoint but your voucher is for more than £49, contact the organisation that sent it. They may be able to send your support as smaller PayPoint vouchers instead. This is at their discretion.
