2️⃣ How do I add an STS license?
Every STS account must be associated with a valid STS license to be activated. These licenses are paid and managed directly in the "Contracts" > "License Contracts" tab. Always check license availability before creating a new user account.
- Distributors: Use reference code - ACC-STSto order licenses.
- Final clients: Your distributor is responsible for assigning you a license. 
3️⃣ How do I reassign an STS account?
To reassign an STS account:
- Delete the STS user who no longer needs access : 
- This will free up an STS license under the "Contracts" tab. 
- You can then assign it to another user. 
4️⃣ How do I activate Click & Collect?
Go to the "Click & Collect" tab, then to "STM Users".
Check the box for the STM users you want to enable Click & Collect for.
To revoke access, simply uncheck the box.
5️⃣ I can't log in to STS
If you're unable to log in, click "Forgot Password" on the login screen to reset your password.
6️⃣ How do I assign permissions (rights) to operators?

7️⃣ How can I receive alerts for machine issues?

8️⃣ Where can I find refill reports?
You can schedule or access restocking reports directly on STS. For full details, refer to: Reports - Viewing & Scheduling
9️⃣ How do I create a site/sector/service?
Go to the "Company" tab in STS, then click on "Services".
You’ll be able to modify or create new sites/sectors/services.
Hierarchy: Site > Sector > Service

1️⃣1️⃣ How do I change my password in STS?
- Log into your STS account. 
- Click the user icon in the top-left corner. 
- Select "My Account". 
- Click "Password". 
- Enter your current password, then your new one. 
- Click "Validate" to save. 
If you’ve forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password" on the login page. A reset link will be emailed to you.
1️⃣2️⃣ I’m a distributor handling refills, but my client uses automatic FTP for STM users. Could my STM user be deleted?
Yes — if your client uses FTP to manage STM users, your STM user may be removed.
✅ Solution:
Duplicate your STS user as an STM user within your client’s company.
⚠️ FTP will not delete STM users who also have the “Supervisor” role.
1️⃣3️⃣ Can I set an article quota for a consumable product?
Yes. You can apply a quota restriction to control how many consumables a user can withdraw.

1️⃣4️⃣ Can I apply reference tracking to a consumable item?
No. Currently, reference tracking is only available for non-consumable items.

1️⃣5️⃣ I don’t see the trash icon to delete an STM user. What can I do?
Check your user role:
- If you're logged in as an STS user with the role of "Editor" or "Viewer", you won’t be able to delete STM users. 
- Only the "Owner" role has deletion rights. 
👉 Tip: You can still deactivate the user (they will no longer have access, but won’t be deleted).

How to change the color of a slot in my machine’s configuration?
(Reminder: the slot color on the STS matches the slot color on the STM)
- Go to the slot configuration (slot assignment) of the desired machine. 
- Click Duplicate to copy the configuration you want to modify. 
- You will then be taken to the configuration editing page. 
- Select the relevant slot(s) (or the desired item), then click Update selected area. 
- Choose the new color, then confirm. 
- Save your changes and send the updated configuration to the STM. 
- On the machine, badge yourself and validate the container update. 
👉 The selected slots/items will now display the new color.
⚠️ Note:
- If an item is placed in several slots in the machine, all of its slots will have the same color. 
- An item reference cannot have two different colors in the same configuration.
