Reports are essential tools that enable users to view information about items present or absent from a company's machines. When viewing a replenishment report, this data provides a clear and accurate view of the status of items.

With STS, there are two convenient ways to generate reports and optimise the tracking of your containers:

  1. Instant access to reports

Get the reports you need for your machines in real time, so you can react quickly and keep constant track of container usage.

  2. Schedule reports by email

Simplify your management by scheduling the automatic sending of reports to different users (STS and STM). Schedule regular mailings to ensure effortless monitoring of your machines' activity, directly into your inboxes.

These features save you a considerable amount of time, while offering greater flexibility in tracking containers and improved communication with your teams.

The families of reports available on the STS :

  • Consumption

    Item consumption reports :

    Consumption by item

Machine Errors (+ Operator Reports)

Notification & Report Scheduling

ℹ️ Machine errors of type "M: Machine" do not appear in reports if they have been resolved between their occurrence and the report's dispatch.

ℹ️ The report aims to inform you about issues that have occurred, but it does not serve as a failure history.

ℹ️ Machine errors are not sent immediately when they occur. They are transmitted at the scheduled report time. (Only the notification is sent instantly).

💡 Tip: Schedule multiple daily reports to increase your chances of being notified quickly.

Report Customization

You also have the option to configure columns and headers according to your specific needs. This allows you to filter the information before receiving reports, ensuring a faster and more efficient analysis with the most relevant data.
