The "Management of Notifications" tab allows you to configure four types of notifications to alert you to important events related to your machines and items. Please note that notifications appear at the top right of your screen.
Currently, they are not available via email!
1. "All Items" Notification
This option allows you to set a single replenishment threshold (as a percentage) for all items contained within the same container. When the stock level of an item in this container falls below this threshold, a notification is sent to indicate that it is time to replenish.
2. "Item" Notification
This option works similarly to the first one, but here, the replenishment threshold is set individually for each item. You will need to manually configure the replenishment thresholds for each item you want to monitor.
3. "Replenishment Completed" Notification
This type of notification informs you as soon as a replenishment has been completed on the machine. It is important to note that this notification does not contain specific details about the replenished items; it only serves to indicate that replenishment has taken place.
4. "Machine Error" Notification
This notification alerts you in case of a machine malfunction, such as a blocked turret or hatch, an empty slot, or any other mechanical error. This allows you to act quickly to restore the machine's proper operation. Operator reports during pickups or returns also appear in these notifications.
ℹ️ Specificity: Automatic email sending
"Machine error" notifications can now be sent automatically and instantly by email, with updates every minute. If this option is enabled, it is therefore not necessary to schedule a specific report for these errors.
ℹ️ Machine errors of type "M: Machine" will not appear in notifications if they have been resolved between their occurrence and the time you check the STS.
ℹ️ The notification’s purpose is to inform you of issues that have occurred, but it does not serve as an error history.
ℹ️ Machine errors are not sent immediately when they occur. They are transmitted at the scheduled report time. (Only the notification is sent instantly).
