The Replenisher role allows unitary replenishments only.
As an Expert Replenisher, you can also perform advanced replenishments.
5️⃣ My slot assignment update doesn’t appear on the STM
If your configuration doesn’t appear on the machine after clicking "Send to STM" in the STS, follow these steps:
✅ Check your STM role: Make sure your user role is set as "Expert Replenisher" or "Supervisor".
🌐 Check the machine’s internet connection: Ensure the machine is connected to the internet (info displayed in the top right corner of the screen).
🔄 Restart the machine: From the home screen, restart the machine to resynchronize the data.

6️⃣ An STM user badges in but shows as inactive, what should I do?
If a user is inactive, it means they are deactivated in the STS.
To change this, go to your STM user list in the STS, search for the user, click "Edit", then check "Yes" in the bottom right to activate them.
The user will then appear as "Enabled" as shown in the example below.
7️⃣ How to import new STM users?

8️⃣ Does SAM Tool Manager® integrate with vending machines? Is there an API available for integration with other systems?

9️⃣ How to assign the Supervisor role?
To assign the "Supervisor" role to an STM user:
The STS user must have the "Owner" role.
From the STS user list, click "Duplicate as STM user".
This action will give the STM user the Supervisor role.
🔟 As an operator, how can I see who took a returnable item and didn’t return it?
Badge in on the machine
Click on the "Return" tab
Then click "For others" in the top left
This tab shows all returnable items taken by other operators and not yet returned.

In unitary mode, restrictions are enforced → some items may not appear
In advanced mode, restrictions are ignored → all items are visible
1️⃣4️⃣ How can I change the badge number of my STM user?
There are several options:
Option 1 (via STS):
Go to the company, find the STM user, click Edit,
in the "badge number" field, delete the old number and enter the new one.
If you don't know the number, badge in on the machine — it will appear at the bottom right.Option 2 (via STM import):
Update the badge number via a "user update" import file and upload it.Option 3 (from the STM):
With an STM user role of "Replenisher" or "Supervisor",
badge in and click "Badge Assignment",
search the STM user, click on their old badge, then badge the new one to register it.
1️⃣5️⃣ How do I know if my STM version is up to date?
On the STS, check the latest STM version

Check the following:
✅ Are you in Advanced Refilling mode?
✅ Did you send and accept the configuration on the machine?
✅ Do the items have reference tracking?
