How to integrate Przelewy24
Note: Activating your Przelewy24 account requires adding a session terms and conditions document and verifying several other pieces of information on your website. Before you start the registration, make sure you have completed the steps described in the article: How to prepare your page for online payments?
Step 1: Register with Przelewy24
Click the registration link for Mafelo users to create an account and get lower commission - 1.3%.
Complete the account creation process by following the instructions on the payment provider's website.
Step 2: Retrieve your integration credentials
Log in to your Przelewy24 panel.
Go to the My Data tab.
Copy your Identifier, which is the number displayed next to the Account settings heading at the very top of the page.
Copy your CRC Key, which is located on the same page in the bottom-right corner.
Step 3: Configure in Mafelo
Log in to your Mafelo account and go to the Settings tab.
Select the Online Payments section from the menu.
In the Przelewy24 section, click the Configure Przelewy24 button.
In the new window, in the Identifier field, paste the number copied from the Przelewy24 panel.
In the CRC Key field, paste the string you copied earlier.
Click Save to activate payments on your account.

💡Tip: Przelewy24 automatically holds payouts of accumulated funds to your bank account until they exceed 1,000 PLN. If you want to receive transfers on an ongoing basis (e.g. daily, regardless of the amount), you need to change this setting directly in your Przelewy24 panel under the Withdraws tab.

Does Mafelo charge an additional commission for payments via Przelewy24?
No, Mafelo does not charge any additional commission for using online payments. The commission is charged solely by the payment provider (Przelewy24) at the rate specified in your agreement.
Why don't I see the client's payment in my bank account?
If a client has paid for a gallery but you do not see the funds in your bank account, you most likely have the default payout threshold (1,000 PLN) enabled in your Przelewy24 panel. Log in to Przelewy24 and check the Withdraws tab to initiate a transfer or change your automatic outgoing transfer settings.
