Uploading photos is a key step in your work in Mafelo. Sometimes, however, this process can be interrupted by an unexpected system or browser error. This article will help you quickly resolve the issue so you can get back to working on your gallery without any stress.
How to resolve the issue with adding photos
If photos are not being added to the gallery or you see an error message while uploading them, follow the steps below. Don't worry – most of these situations are minor browser issues that are easy to fix.
Save your current work in other browser tabs.
Restart your computer.
After restarting, log in to Mafelo and try adding photos to the gallery again.
Although it sounds simple, restarting your computer resolves as many as 99% of technical issues related to file upload processes in the browser!
What to do if the error persists?
If the problem has not gone away despite restarting your computer, we will need more information to help you.
Reproduce the error again.
Take a screenshot of the entire browser window so that the error message and the address bar are visible.
Send the screenshot to our support team via chat.
Important: Please remember not to send us only the error message text. A full screenshot allows us to see the context (e.g. the browser version or other active extensions), which significantly speeds up the fix.
FAQs
Do I need to clear cookies in my browser?
To resolve the error when adding photos to a gallery, restarting your computer is usually enough, as it clears temporary processes. If that does not help, our support team may ask you to clear the cache as a next step.
Can the error be caused by photos being too large?
Mafelo typically handles large files well, but if your photos are exceptionally large, it is worth checking the stability of your internet connection. If the error occurs only with specific files, be sure to mention that in your support request.
