Step 2: Select "UK Faster Payments" as your deposit method

If you've added them already, you can select them from the list.
Note: The name on the depositing bank account must match the name on your Coinmetro account.
Step 4: Send your funds to our banking details provided on the screen
You'll receive an email once we've received the funds and when they've been credited to your Coinmetro account.

Tap on the “Credit Card" option as your payment method, and you'll be prompted to add a new card if you haven't already. Simply enter your card details and then tap on "Add Card" to continue.
If you've added a card previously, you can either select a saved card or add a new one.
Note: Coinmetro currently accepts card deposits from Visa or Mastercard only. When entering new card details, you may be asked to provide your billing address (as required by card providers).
Step 3: Enter Amount & Confirm

GBP Faster Payments: Usually instant, although in some cases it can take up to 4 hours for the funds to reach us. Please keep in mind that banking cut-off times, weekends, and holidays can affect how long it takes for funds to reach us from your bank.
To ensure your GBP deposit arrives on time, please make sure that your sort code and account number have been linked to your Coinmetro account. This will allow our Finance team to assign your deposit to your account without delays. If you haven't already, please link your bank details now and then inform our Support team once done.
Credit or Debit Card/Apple Pay/Google Pay: Usually instant, but it may take a few minutes to show in your account.
👥 Can I deposit from a third party?
No, we do not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposits made in a name other than your own will be returned at your expense.
