Before you can deposit funds, your account must be fully verified. This is a requirement for all transactions on the platform.

Completing your identity check (submitting personal information and a valid ID document)
Submitting your residential address.

Tap on the “Credit Card" option as your payment method, and you'll be prompted to add a new card if you haven't already. Simply enter your card details and then tap on "Add Card" to continue.
If you've added a card previously, you can either select a saved card or add a new one.
Note: Coinmetro currently accepts card deposits from Visa or Mastercard only. When entering new card details, you may be asked to provide your billing address (as required by card providers).

EUR SEPA bank transfers can take up to two business days to arrive in your account.
GBP Faster Payments bank transfers can take up to four business hours to arrive in your account.
SWIFT transfers can take up to 5 business days to arrive in your account.
USD Domestic Wire transfers usually take around 3 business days to arrive in your account.
👥 Can I deposit from a third party?
No, we do not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposits made in a name other than your own will be returned and will incur a 20 EUR refund fee.
