ℹ️ Important: The import/export system has changed in STS V2.
In previous versions, a single file could handle creations, updates, and deletions all at once.
👉 Now, each action must be selected separately before importing your file.
👥 What can you import/export?
STM Users (⚠️ not STS users)
Products and Articles
🟢 1. Creation
Select the "Create" option in the interface.
Download the blank file template.
Fill in the required fields.
Save the file on your computer.
Import it back into the system.
✅ This action creates new STM users or products/articles.
🟡 2. Update
Select the "Update" option.
Download the list of users or products/articles you wish to edit.
Make the necessary changes.
Import the updated file.
⚠️ Important:
You cannot add or delete users or products/articles with this action.
Only existing data can be updated.
Do not modify Column A ("UUID"):
❌ Do not copy it
❌ Do not delete it
❌ Do not edit it
👉 This column is critical for linking records in the STS environment.
🔴 3. Deletion
Select the "Delete" option.
Download the list of users or articles.
Keep only the rows of the items you wish to delete.
Import the trimmed file into the system.
⚠️ All entries present in the file will be permanently deleted from STS.
🔐 For users: Do not touch the "UUID" column (Column A).
