The purpose of creating an ‘STM user’ is to allow secure and limited access to machines via the STM software. This user is designed to interact only with the machines, without access to the STS supervision software, thus guaranteeing the protection and precise management of operations.
Types of machine user
There are several types of machine user, each with specific levels of access and functionality:
Operator: This user can only pick and return items.
Replenisher: This type of user is able to fill individual machines (case by case).
Expert replenisher: This level of user can not only perform unit filling, but also carry out advanced filling operations (open door).
Supervisor: This type of user is a duplicate of an STS user who also wants to log in and use the machines. This type of account can only be created via an STS account. Its personal information will then be copied/pasted to create a machine account.
