I. CONDITIONS
The containers must be located on the same site as the machine you are connected to.
The operator must not have any container restriction rights on the relevant machines.
II. PROCESS
Start by scanning your badge on the machine and pressing the "Take" button.
Next, select the category where your product is located.
For example, if you need a respiratory mask, click on the PPE category as shown below.
Since you need a mask, then select the "Respiratory Protection" category as shown below.
You will now arrive at the product page, in this case, a respiratory mask.
Tap the "Information" button (small "i" at the top right of the box) as shown below.
You are now on the product information page.
Tap the "Stock" button as shown in the example below.
You will then see the stock levels of this product in other containers on the site.
Stock Display
On the left (highlighted in green) : All the containers on the site where the item is available.
On the right (highlighted in red) : The stock levels of this item in different containers.
Example:
XTWR1W230001 contains 2 masks out of the 10 allocated.
XLKR16240015 holds 7 out of 10 available masks.
XTWR2J230001 is fully stocked (16/16 masks available).
This allows operators to quickly locate the required item and efficiently manage stock levels.
