How it works (TOF → MOF → BOF)

TOF (Hooked shorts per capability):

Publish 20–40s clips for each capability with a sharp hook and captions. Use outcome-led titles (“Spin up a report in 60s,” “SSO in 3 clicks”). Link every post to its matching on-site demo page (not YouTube) to keep traffic, analytics, and CTAs on your domain.

MOF (Demo pages per theme):

Create themed pages (e.g., Analytics, Security & Governance, Workflows/Automation, Integrations) that include:

  • Chapters: Problem → Approach → Walkthrough → Results → Next Step

  • Transcript + searchable timeline for quick scanning and quoting

Follow-up: send chapter-specific emails based on what they watched (e.g., if they viewed “Integrations,” include the API quick-start and a calendar link).


KPIs: Demo clicks · MQL→SQL conversion · Time on page · Chapter completion rate · % of viewers who click a CTA within 24h


Automation:

  1. 4+ mins watched or 3+ chapters opened → AE alert with chapter context and a suggested outreach template.

  2. Integration chapter viewed → auto-send checklist + API guide.
