Turn every new capability into a clear, self-serve path to value. Adoption Guides bundle the why and the how on one bingeable page - so users enable features faster, use them weekly, and your team spends less time on 1:1 walkthroughs.

Why it matters

Activated features drive NRR and expansion. When users can see the benefit (why) and the steps (how) in the same flow, they enable confidently, open fewer tickets, and make the feature part of their weekly routine.

How it works (TOF → MOF → BOF)

TOF (Awareness / “What’s in it for me”)

Share 20–40s clips per feature that show the outcome (before/after, time saved, KPI lift). Post to email, in-app banner, Slack. Each clip links to the Feature Guide on your site.

MOF (On-Site Feature Guide):

A Replay page that includes:

  • Chapters: Why it helps → Enable in 3 steps → First result → Pro tips → FAQs

  • Visuals: Short GIFs/screen recordings, with captions

  • Transcript + searchable timeline

  • Role toggles (optional): Admin vs. End-user view

  • Quick links: Docs, API keys, templates, sample data

BOF (Conversion & Success):

Primary CTAs: “Enable now” (deep-link or toggle) · “See it on your data” (guided demo).
Secondary: “Book a 15-min enablement check” · “Invite your team.”


KPIs: Activation rate · Weekly active use (WAU) on the feature · Time-to-first-use · Tickets related to the feature (↓)


Automation: Click Enable → CSM ping + launch in-app checklist; no activity after 72h → reminder with the 40s “why” clip.
