Your appliance voucher has been sent to you by your council, school, or charity. The item has been selected by the organisation that sent it - Huggg is not involved in the choice of appliance.
Step 1 - Open your link
Open the link you received by email, text, or letter (for letters, go to huggg.me/claim and enter your 16-digit code). Read the information carefully before proceeding.
Step 2 - Enter your delivery details
When prompted, enter your:
Delivery address
Email address
Phone number
Make sure these are correct - the courier will use this information to contact you and arrange delivery.
Step 3 - Wait to hear from the courier
Once your order has been placed, the courier will contact you by phone or email with your delivery details. For larger items there will be an opportunity to agree a date and time that suits you.
When your item is ready to be shipped, you will receive a further email from the delivery company confirming dispatch.
Please note: Make sure you check your spam and junk folders, and keep an eye out for calls or texts from unknown numbers - delivery notifications can sometimes get filtered.
