Yes, you can change your delivery date, up to the day before. On the delivery day itself, it is too late to move it.
📅 If your delivery date is already arranged
If you need to change a date that's already been set, contact ATS directly. They will arrange a new date with the courier on your behalf.
Email customerservice@advancedtotalsupplies.co.uk with your Order ID.
The date cannot be changed on the delivery day itself.
💷 If the delivery day has arrived
On the delivery day, ATS can no longer move your slot. If nobody is home, ATS charges £59.99 to deliver again.
ATS charges this to your council, school or charity. Some councils, schools and charities pass this cost on to the person receiving the item. Ask yours if you are not sure.
