π First, check for missed contact
If the courier hasn't been in touch yet, it's worth looking in:
Your email spam and junk folders
Missed calls or texts from unknown numbers (the courier may call from an unfamiliar number)

π§ If your delivery date has passed
If your expected delivery date has passed and your appliance still hasn't arrived, contact ATS directly. ATS manages all deliveries and can give you an update on your order.
