Where is my appliance?

What to do if your washing machine, fridge, cooker or other household appliance hasn't arrived or your delivery date has passed.

Once you've claimed your voucher and entered your delivery details, the courier will be in touch to arrange delivery. If you haven't heard from them yet, it may be worth checking your spam and junk folders, as well as any calls or texts from unknown numbers.

If your expected delivery date has passed and your appliance still hasn't arrived, please contact ATS directly at customerservice@advancedtotalsupplies.co.uk. They manage all deliveries and will be able to give you an update on your order.
