What happens if there is an issue with my delivery?

What to do if your washing machine, fridge, cooker or other household appliance delivery goes wrong - who to contact and what information to include.

If you experience any problems with your delivery - for example the item arrives damaged, the wrong item is delivered, or the delivery doesn't arrive as expected - please contact ATS directly at customerservice@advancedtotalsupplies.co.uk.

ATS manages all deliveries and will be able to resolve the issue with the courier. Please include as much detail as you can about what happened, along with your Order ID if you have it.
