My prepaid card has expired - what can I do?

What happens when your digital prepaid energy or water Mastercard expires, and whether you can get a replacement.

If you see a screen saying "This product or voucher has expired" when you open your link, unfortunately the voucher or card is no longer accessible and the funds have been returned to the organisation that sent it.

Once a voucher or card has expired, it cannot be reinstated - the funds are automatically returned to the organisation that sent it.

What to do next

Please contact the organisation that sent your voucher - for example, your council, school, or charity - and explain what happened. Whether a replacement can be issued is entirely their decision, and is not something Huggg is able to influence.

If you're unsure who to contact or need help finding the right person, email us at support@huggg.me and we'll try to help point you in the right direction.
