My voucher has expired or I've lost it - can I get a replacement?

What to do if your food, shopping, energy or other welfare voucher link has expired or you've lost it - including how to find a lost voucher and how to request a replacement.

We're sorry to hear this has happened. Here's what to do depending on your situation.

I've lost my voucher but it might not have expired yet

Your voucher isn't gone - it lives at the original link that was sent to you. As long as that link hasn't expired, you can get your voucher back by finding the original message.

Try the following:

  1. Search your email inbox for "Huggg" (with three G's) - including your spam or junk folder

  2. Check your text messages if it was sent by SMS - scroll back to find the original Huggg message

  3. Check any letters from your council, school or charity - if you received a printed voucher, the code will be on the letter

Once you find the original link or letter, just click it or enter the code - your voucher will still be there if it hasn't expired.

My voucher link has already expired

Unfortunately, Huggg is not able to reissue or extend expired vouchers on your behalf. This is because the vouchers are issued and managed by the organisation that sent them - for example, your council, school, or charity.

Please contact that organisation directly and explain what happened. They may be willing to issue a replacement voucher at their discretion.

Please note: Whether a replacement is issued is entirely the sender's decision. Huggg is not involved in this process and is not able to intervene on your behalf.

Still need help?

If you're unsure who to contact or are having difficulty reaching your sender, email us at support@huggg.me and we'll try to help point you in the right direction.
