My voucher has expired or I've lost it - can I get a replacement?

What to do if your welfare voucher link has expired or you've lost it, including how to find a lost voucher and how to ask for a replacement.

If your voucher has expired or you can't find it, here's what to do next. Huggg understands this is worrying, especially when you were relying on the voucher.

I've lost my voucher but it might not have expired

Your voucher isn't gone. It still lives at the original link that was sent to you. As long as that link hasn't expired, you can get it back by finding the original message.

Try the following:

  1. Search your email inbox for "Huggg" (with three G's), including your spam or junk folder

  2. Check your text messages if it was sent by SMS, and scroll back to find the original Huggg message

  3. Check any letters from your council, school, or charity, where the code will be printed

Once you find the original link or letter, click it or enter the code. Your voucher will still be there if it hasn't expired.

If you can't find the original message, contact the organisation that sent your voucher, for example your council, school, or charity. They can share the link with you again.

My voucher link has already expired

If your link has expired, the voucher can't be reissued or extended through Huggg. The organisation that sent it, for example your council, school, or charity, manages the voucher and decides what happens next.

Contact them directly and explain what happened. Whether a replacement can be issued depends on their policy, so they are the right people to ask.
