Your prepaid card is a digital Mastercard that you can use to pay your energy, water or fuel provider online or by phone. Follow the steps below to claim it.
If you received a OneLink Energy voucher and selected "I pay a bill" on the first screen, the steps below are the same from that point onwards.
Step 1 - Open your link
Email or text - click the link and select See Details
Letter - go to huggg.me/claim, enter your 16-digit code, then select See Details
Step 2 - Review your card details
The next screen shows what the card can be used for and confirms the value. Read this carefully, then click Next when you are ready to continue.
Step 3 - Enter your personal details
You will be asked to enter your personal details:
First name and last name
Date of birth
Your address
Phone number
Email address
Once all your details are entered, click Submit my request. You will then receive a 6-digit verification code to the email address you provided - enter this on the next screen to confirm your identity.
If you do not receive the code, click "I didn't receive my One Time Passcode" to request it again.
Step 4 - Access your card
Click Claim my card. Your digital card will appear on screen. Click See card details to view the full card number, expiry date and CVV - you will need these when you come to pay.
Important: Use your card before the end of the month shown in the expiry date. After this point the card expires and the funds are returned to the organisation that sent it.
