Guest and loyalty data in Bookboost Insights

Explore guest profiles, addresses, consent, and loyalty in the Guests topic, or slice reservations by guest country, loyalty status, and programme.

Bookboost Insights includes guest and loyalty data. You can explore guest profiles and loyalty information in a dedicated topic, and analyse reservations by guest and loyalty attributes, with no extra setup.

The Guests topic

The Guests topic is a dedicated set of guest-profile fields: demographics, contact details, consent, addresses, and loyalty, both detailed loyalty records and a per-guest rollup. Access is scoped by organisation, like every other Insights topic.

Topic cards show readable titles and short descriptions, so you can find a starting point in a workbook quickly. For how topics, workbooks, and tiles fit together, see Dashboard basics: Topics, Workbooks, and Tiles.

Guest and loyalty data in Reservations

The Reservations topic is connected to guest and loyalty data, so you can slice revenue, nights, and reservation counts by guest attributes (for example, country) and by loyalty status, programme, or level. For the dashboard itself, see The Reservations Dashboard.

What you can answer

  • Guest and CRM-style questions, for example, "how many loyalty members do we have by organisation?" or "what does our guest base look like by country?" Use the Guests topic.

  • Reservation and guest questions, for example, "how does revenue compare between loyalty and non-loyalty guests?" or "what's our revenue by guest country?" Use the Reservations topic.

You can also ask these in plain language with the Insights Agent, see Getting started with the Insights Agent and Prompts to get you started.

Good to know

  • If something doesn't appear, double-check your organisation access and that you're on the right topic (Guests versus Reservations).

Getting started

Open a workbook on the Guests or Reservations topic and pick a field from the topic cards. To save your view to a dashboard, see Building a custom dashboard.
