Prompts to get you started

Ready-to-use Insights Agent prompts for the Reservations, Marketing, and Inbox dashboards.

Copy any of the prompts below into the Insights Agent to get started. Not all prompts will return results for every property — what's available depends on your PMS integration, the data we receive, and your active Bookboost features. If a prompt doesn't work as expected, try adjusting the terminology to match your setup or reach out to your Account Manager.

Reservations Dashboard

Build a reservations KPI dashboard with the following views:

  • A scorecard showing rooms occupied (on the books from today forward)

  • A scorecard for bookings made in the last 24 hours: reservations, revenue (EUR), nights, ALOS, and average lead time

  • Individual KPI scorecards for ADR, RevPAR, ALOS, and average lead time

  • A pickup grid by stay date showing rooms occupied, revenue, ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and bookable capacity

  • A booking curve comparing OTB rooms this year vs last year by lead time days, with cumulative totals

  • A lead time distribution by channel category

  • An occupancy trend by stay date

  • A segment pace table by market segment showing rooms, revenue, ADR, nights, and reservations
