Bookboost Insights is an analytics layer for your Bookboost account. It gives your team a single place to view messaging performance, marketing results, and reservations revenue, using the data already held in your account.
Note: Data availability depends on your PMS integration and active Bookboost features. Some metrics may not be visible for all properties.

Scheduled delivery by Email, SFTP, and Webhooks; manual export to PDF, image, or CSV; and alerts on metric changes.

How the data works
All data comes from your Bookboost account, already unified and modelled. There is no separate integration to set up or maintain.
Metrics are connected to guest profiles and segments.
Hospitality metrics are built in: ADR, ALOS, RevPAG, journeys, broadcasts, and segments.
Who uses Insights
General Managers and revenue teams — ADR, occupancy, and segment performance.
Marketing and CRM teams — campaign engagement, audience growth, and broadcast revenue.
