The Translation setting in Bookboost's Inbox Settings allows operators to automatically translate incoming guest messages into a language they understand โ making it easier to respond quickly and professionally, no matter where your guests are from. ๐
Main Concept: Automatic Message Translation
The Translation feature lets each operator select a preferred language for the inbound messages. When a guest sends a message in a different language, Bookboost will automatically translate it so the operator can read and understand it without leaving the inbox.
This setting is configured per operator, so each team member can choose the language that works best for them.

Configuration and Setup
Go to Inbox Settings and select Preferences - General from the navigation bar.
Choose your preferred language from the dropdown list.
Save your selection โ incoming messages in other languages will now be automatically translated for you.

Translation quality may vary depending on the language pair and message complexity.
