Reservations in Bookboost are synced directly from your Property Management System (PMS). Because of this, reservation data is managed at the PMS level, not within Bookboost itself. Bookboost does not store reservations independently, it receives and displays reservation data that is pushed or pulled from your connected PMS. Bookboost acts as a communication and engagement layer on top of your PMS data. This means that any changes to reservation records must be made directly in your PMS, and Bookboost will reflect those updates automatically via the integration.
