The Spaces section has a filter panel above the results. Use it to narrow a long room list down to the ones you are actually looking at, rather than scrolling.
What you can filter and sort on
The panel works on most of the columns of the Spaces table:
Properties, the dropdown at the far left. It defaults to All, and it is the first thing to set if you manage more than one property.
State, the housekeeping status such as CLEAN or DIRTY.
Number, usually the room number.
Floor.
Building Number, where a property has more than one building.
Type, the category or class of room.
Name.
Select a column heading to sort by it. Every column except Description can be sorted.

What people use it for
Finding one room quickly by number, to check the description a guest will be sent.
Listing every room of one type at a property, to see whether their descriptions are consistent.
Looking at one floor or building where directions differ from the rest of the property.
Working one property at a time in a group account, so you are not reading someone else's rooms.
What this does not do
It does not create an audience. This is a view of your rooms, not a way to select guests. Audience filters are separate. See Audience filters: guest and profile.
It cannot find a room that is not there. A space appears only after a reservation has used it, so filtering will not surface a room nobody has booked.
It does not change anything. Filtering is a view. Room data is edited in your PMS.
Filters are not saved. They apply to the view you are in.
Description is not filterable or sortable. It is the one column the panel does not cover. To review descriptions, filter on Type, Floor or Building Number and read down the results.
