A guest who booked a Family Suite should see a picture of a Family Suite, not a generic room shot. Dynamic pictures use a custom token to map each room type to an image, so one campaign shows the right photo to every guest automatically.
Before you start
You have access to Custom Tokens under Campaigns.
You will create a separate campaign purely to host the image assets. It is never sent.
Your room types come from your PMS, so the space types in Bookboost need to match what you want to show.
Step 1. Create the picture asset campaign
Create a campaign to hold the images.
Upload the images you want to use.
Create a summary text block listing each image and its URL. This is your reference list for the next step.
Step 2. Set up the custom token
Go to Campaigns, click Custom Tokens, and select the Space Types tab.
Create a new custom token and name it Room_Pictures.
For each room type listed, paste the matching image URL from your summary block into Value.
Step 3. Insert the token into a campaign
Open the campaign where you want the picture to appear.
Click the Token button in the editor toolbar.
Go to Booked Space Type, then Meta, then Room_Pictures.
Place the token where the picture should appear.
The token pulls in the image matching the guest's booked room type from your PMS.
Step 4. Test it
Find a booking with a known room type, for example a Family Suite.
Open the campaign where you added the token and click View Template.
Preview using that booking and confirm the correct image appears.
See Test your campaigns for more on previewing against a real booking.
