These are the tokens that carry the booking itself: dates, guest counts, financials, status, and the booking reference. They are the ones you will reach for most often in a pre-arrival or confirmation message.
The reservation token categories
Reservation. Core booking details, including dates, guest counts, financials, status, and the booking reference.
Reservation Set. Data for group or multi-room bookings linked under a single set.
Rate Plan. The name, code, and description of the rate plan attached to the booking.
Channel Manager. Sourcing details such as the channel name, number, and group reference.
PMS. The PMS name and the reservation ID as recorded in the PMS.
Orders. Itemised order data, including products, quantities, prices, and dates.
What to do next
