Reservation tokens

The token categories that carry the booking itself, from dates to the booking reference.

These are the tokens that carry the booking itself: dates, guest counts, financials, status, and the booking reference. They are the ones you will reach for most often in a pre-arrival or confirmation message.

The reservation token categories

  • Reservation. Core booking details, including dates, guest counts, financials, status, and the booking reference.

  • Reservation Set. Data for group or multi-room bookings linked under a single set.

  • Rate Plan. The name, code, and description of the rate plan attached to the booking.

  • Channel Manager. Sourcing details such as the channel name, number, and group reference.

  • PMS. The PMS name and the reservation ID as recorded in the PMS.

  • Orders. Itemised order data, including products, quantities, prices, and dates.

What to do next

To insert any of these, open the Token button in the campaign or template editor. To reformat a date or time token, see Formatting dates and times with tokens.
