These tokens let you state the exact policy attached to a booking, rather than a general one. A guest on a non-refundable rate and a guest on a flexible rate can receive the same campaign and each see their own terms.
The policy token categories
Cancellation Policy. The name, code, and description of the cancellation policy attached to the reservation.
No-Show Policy. The name, code, and description of the no-show policy linked to the booking.
Some tokens may not be available to you, because your PMS does not supply that data.
What to do next
