1️⃣ How do I delete an article from my list?

👉 Go to your product page, then to the article page.
Click the trash bin icon to delete it, as shown in the image below.

⚠️ Deletion conditions to respect:

To permanently remove an article from your database:

  • It must not be part of any configuration:

    • ❌ No active machine configuration

    • ❌ No pending configuration

    • ❌ No completed configuration

🛠️ Tip: Delete old container configurations to unlink the article.
➡️ Once it is removed from all configurations, it can be fully deleted.

4️⃣ What is an SKU?

An SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) is a unique identifier for an article.
📌 Example: In the ZTC-J6 screwdriver set, one specific screwdriver may have the SKU ZTC-55E100.


5️⃣ How do I switch an article from consumable to non-consumable?

❌ This cannot be done directly.
➡️ You must delete the article and recreate it with the correct type.


6️⃣ How do I change the price of an article?

  1. Go to the article page

  2. Click “Edit” (pencil icon)

  3. Scroll down to the “Price” field

  4. Enter the new amount

  5. Click “Save” to confirm

📝 The price history at the bottom of the page is for reference only.
➡️ Only the latest price is applied.

📂 To update prices in bulk:
👉 Import/Export procedure


7️⃣ Why do I still see old data in my reports?

📅 This is normal. Changes apply from the date they are made.

➡️ Example:

  • Price updated on March 2

  • Reports from March 1 show the old price

  • Reports from March 2 reflect the new price
