If the GP has only approved part of the order, the status in the portal be displayed in the Processing screen with a status of Prescription Part Issued.

For full details of the patients order and specifically what has been approved or requested, click on the order line and view the Order Details.

Once the approved items have been prepared in your pharmacy and is ready to be collected or delivered, then move the order to the Completed Status.
