What are Order Statuses?

All orders in the Portal will have an order status.

Changing the status of the order will trigger the associated patient notification.

Below screenshots show the different statuses and different tabs:

  • Request with GP - This status is for orders that are with the GP to approve

  • Prescription Issued - This status automatically displays when the order has been approved by the GP

  • Dispensing - When you are preparing the order

  • Completed - When the order is ready to be collected or delivered

  • Contact GP - When there is a problem with the order and the GP needs to resolve with the patient

  • Contact Us (Your pharmacy) - When you would like the patient to contact your store

  • Cancelled - When the order has been cancelled - the patient will not be notified

  • Collected/ Delivered - When the order gets collected or delivered before it is moved to completed - the patient will not be notified

You can select the correct order status within each screen to track the orders progress and send a notification to the patient.

You can change an order status to any of the options available on each screen.

Changing the status of multiple orders - Bulk Action

If you want to change the status of more than one order at one time, you can use the Bulk Action option.

Simply select the orders you wish to bulk change by clicking in the check box on the left of the order and a pop up will occur at the bottom of the screen.

You can deselect orders if you picked the wrong one, or select all which will select all the orders in that screen for a bulk status change.

Click the Status you want to move the orders to and the order will be moved to that status.
