Patients can be updated by -
Email
Push Notification
Timeline - on the app.
Patients are asked to opt into Email and Push Notifications when they sign up for Hey Pharmacist so that we can keep them updated.
The patients order status timeline is always updates when their order status changes.
Patients are updated at the following stages of their order journey -
Order placed with Hey Pharmacist
Order with GP and awaiting approval
Order Approved by GP (Prescription Issued Status in the Portal)
Order is being Prepared in your pharmacy (when you change the order status in the Portal to Dispensing)
Order is Ready to Collect (when you change the order status in the Portal to Completed)
Contact GP (if you change the order status to Contact GP in the Portal)
Contact Pharmacy (If you change the order status to Contact Us in the Portal)
